I really only made this album for my mum who works as a midwife, she wanted some music to play in the ward. Music that would induce feelings of relaxation and calmness. With that in mind the world as we know it is a bit different, anxiety levels are sky high and we are all forced into our own little islands. So here is two hours worth of music to help you sleep, meditate, or just breath..
